Münchener Hypothekenbank operates its commercial property financing business as a
- Direct business with institutional investors, private investors and housing companies, which we acquire via our own sales team
- Broker business via the cooperative partner banks, the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken, who pass on inquiries regarding commercial property financing to us
We do not compete in any way with the cooperative primary banks in this field due to the structure of our target customers, and the usual size of loans made in this area of business. Münchener Hypothekenbank views itself as a special provider for professional property investors: for open and closed property funds, REITs, listed property corporations, property companies, housing companies, property leasing companies and large private investors.
