After being mainly present in France through syndicated loan business, Münchener Hypothekenbank wished to develop its direct presence beside investors, and signed for that purpose in July 2007 a Cooperation Agreement with Pascal Roth and its company ARP Conseil.

The bank’s strategy is to focus on professionals/institutionals and investors in office, retail, warehouse properties and hotels located in the Ile-de-France region and the main metropolises of France.

Principal characteristics of our real estate loans :

• 5 to 50 million EUR maximum
• Loan terms up to 15 years with amortization
• Fixed or floating interest rates
• Up to 85 % loan-to-value

The investors’ creditworthiness and experience, as well as a secured cash-flow at mid / long term will be decisive in our analysis.
