Beginning in 1999, The Netherlands was the one of the first countries identified for MünchenerHyp's international commercial real estate lending business. In the past six years, we have completed 30 transactions and provided over € 245 Mio. in loan commitments.
We provide commercial real estate financing and complimentary capital market products for institutional and professional investors in office, retail and warehouse properties with stable operations. We are prepared to consider loan facilities in all major Dutch cities with a focus on the Randstad region.
- Loans require the following characteristics: € 40 Mio. max. loan per individual financing transaction – larger loan amounts will require syndication
- up to 80% Loan to Value (Verkoopwaarde Kosten Koper)
- fixed or floating interest rates
- up to a 15 year term
- appropriate amortisation structure and exit strategy
