Portfolio Transactions and Risk Transfer
In addition to monitoring individual financing deals, the responsibility of the Portfolio Transactions and Risk Transfer unit is to manage the Bank’s activities at the portfolio level. Among the unit’s key tasks are, above all, the initiation, support, coordination and completion of:
- The purchase and sale of property financing portfolios
- The transfer of credit risks to the market via securitisation or credit default insurance
- Co-lending programmes in the area of commercial property finance
Furthermore, we continuously monitor and analyse the relevant credit and capital markets to keep up-to-date on the latest developments in pricing, technical advances, and changes in general overall conditions.
